In 1999, McDonald's Canada selected CompuWave to develop a project involving wireless technology. The fast food giant was looking for a system to improve their drive thru services by increasing speed, improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. Read More.

FukuRoku Japanese Restaurant, 1998.
The management at FukuRoku was looking for a POS system that would improve customer satisfaction while increasing service speed and efficiency, also a system that would allow one-step ordering to decrease slow service and wrong order rates. They were very enthusiastic about the laborsaving ability of CompuWave's Wireless Fine Dining System.

Customers are fascinated by the system. They realized that how increased speed and accuracy enable a restaurant like FukuRoku to improve service quality. This in turn improves the overall impression customers have for a restaurant. Customers rate FukuRoku as a more efficient and responsive restaurant than other restaurants with older technology. Particularly, the ability to have a "one-stop" in order taking is an important factor in improving customer relations.

FukuRoku has successfully implemented the CompuWave wireless system, and it is improving the efficiency of the restaurant, by allowing staff to spend more time with customers and less time walking back and forth to input orders. They are very satisfied with the system and we are proud to provide them with the means to become a 21st Century restaurant.
